- Importance of Documentation – How to properly monitor employees’ performance through evaluations and counselings. Best practices for employee discipline and termination, including “Dos and Don’ts” for termination meetings.
- The Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act Collision - Dealing with employees’ disabilities, injuries, and other health issues which require leave from work.
