This seminar is provided to assist a workers compensation practitioner in acquiring benefits for petitioners pursuant to the provisions of the Workers Compensation Act.  Topics including benefit entitlement, motion practice, and relevant statutory and case law will be covered. 

Additionally, rights for members of society most in need of workers compensation benefits [the totally disabled worker] will be reviewed as will complications that occur in these difficult situations [social security disability and long term disability interaction].

A plethora of case law will be analyzed during this presentation.
